Policies & Procedures

To achieve a soothing, relaxed and enhanced Salon experience at BTS Blow Drybar, we kindly request our guests to observe our spa policies.

We have listed answers to the most FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) that will guide you when you visit our salon. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

Appointments:

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an reservation in advance for any of our salon treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).

You can email us to schedule an appointment and we will reply as soon as possible. The information you provide us will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party.

You can also book online at BTS Blow Drybar site and follow the "Book Now" link.

Cancellations:

The time needed for your service(s) or Salon Packages that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24-hour notice for individual services and 48-hours on packages of 2 services or more. Please call us at 973-845-2058, if no one answers, leave your message on our voicemail.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy - 100% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made under 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Any NO SHOWS are also charged 100%.

Check In:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals  will be subject to being charged the full value of appointment, the next guest will not be delayed because you were late.

Please check in at the front desk. If this is your first visit with BTS Blow Drybar we send a form, please fill out the appropriate salon forms for our record.

For any questions or inquiries, please ask the assistance of the front desk representative before doing your treatment.

Restrictions:

For your convenience of other clients, please do not bring your pet and children under age 12 to the Salon without another adult present to supervise them.

We also suggest you leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment, we will not be responsible to lost or damage of your personal items.

Any sexual solicitations are not tolerated and will be reported to the authorities.

Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.

We do not allow smoking inside the Salon.

Health, Allergy or Pregnancy Concerns:

When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions or limitations we need to know about.

We also encourage for you to alert your cosmetologist immediately for any discomfort during your service.

Gift Cards/Certificates:

Gift Cards/Certificates are always welcome and can be used towards treatment. They will be honored for Salon Services. Your Gift Card should be presented at check out, otherwise you will be responsible for any changes incurred during your visit to the Salon.

Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk, we can email you the gift certificate if you can't come in to pick it up.  You can also order over the phone at 973-845-2058.

Series:

We offer certain services for discounts as a series. If you purchase a series but do not wish to complete the series, you can use the remainder amount on other services. (it excludes tips & product)

 

Payment:

We accept cash, local personal checks, major credit cards, and BTS Blow Drybar Gift Certificates/Cards.

Gratuities:

Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of service provided.  We don't accept Venmo for tip.
